Mark, i took the pictures you requested to show the common space size on the south side. It is 10-11 feet and has a sizeable tree that seperates your coachhouse from the next pads pedestal area. They delivered the materials for your building today and your next in line to be built, so any day now, your shell will begin construction. Your north side common area is hard to determine as it will it depend on where we survey out for the additional bathhouse facility between you and the Crain's on lot 45.

Here are a few pics of your roofline that show which gable option your lot will have. Also, it is 71 feet from the corner of your slab to the backside of the front wall which is going to create a very large common area green space for gypsy

The Clubhouse

The centerpiece of the resort is coming together one hot day at a time. The views from the balconies are a sight to see. The extended balcony will feature a fire pit and wrap around seating so many of you can enjoy the sunsets from high above.

What you'll find on this blog

Buyers and prospects, now that the Resort is becoming personal to you with regards to your lot details, your experiences here, etc., I will use this site to post pictures and descriptions of things that matter to you but would not matter to the general public. The main Heritage website, www.heritageorangebeach.com will remain the primary development internet site for all things that pertain to the resort and everyone involved.

For example, should you call and say, "Hey, we are in California but we were wondering what they are doing on our lot", I will post the updated pictures of your lot on this site.

I will post good meals I or others recommend at Restaurants that i think you may enjoy eating at while you are here.

From time to time I might post a "What Do You Think" section. For example, I am trying to identify a few local eateries to potentially come and serve/cater a meal out of the clubhouse on a specified night of the week to allow for good food an fellowship with your Heritage neighbors (without having to worry about the dishes). I'll be soliciting some advice on meal selection, which night, etc. and you can add your two cents through this site.

I will post any news pertaining to the Gulf Coast area that i think you as a distant owner would want to know.

The Big Picture purpose is simple. I am here everyday, and you are not, at least not yet! And its my privilege to keep you as in the know as I can with the info that matters to YOU. I don't know how often i'll post a new entry but add this site to your daily check list.
